You know what inventory you have on hand, and what’s missing that people need most. This form enables you to communicate that with well-meaning donors who want to help. Once a volunteer says they’ve “gotCHA,” your entry for that need will be marked complete so you are not burdened with multiple offers of help for the same item.
**Please note: Your Reference ID code must contain 3 sections: 2-letter organization identifier, 4-digit household identifier, 2-digit item identifier. Therefore, an ID of DY123405 would be the 5th item requested by household 1234 for the Downtown YMCA. This will ensure a unique identification code can safely and securely match each donated item with the intended family/individual in need.
